Are you a fiduciary?
Yes. As a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA), we are legally and ethically obligated to act in your best interest at all times.

Can you work with my CPA or attorney?
Absolutely. We collaborate with your existing team to ensure an integrated and holistic financial strategy.
Do you charge for consultations?
Yes. We offer a complimentary 15-minute introductory call to determine fit. For a full 60-minute consultation with one of our senior advisors, we charge a $500 flat fee. This consultation includes a deep-dive into your financial picture and actionable insights. If you become a client, the fee is credited toward your first advisory invoice.
What are your ongoing fees for wealth management?
Our fees are typically based on a percentage of assets under management (AUM). This usually ranges from 0.75% to 1.25% annually, depending on portfolio size and complexity. We believe in full transparency — all fees are disclosed up front with no hidden costs.
Are there any additional charges outside of your advisory fee?
Aside from our advisory fee, there may be third-party custodial or fund-related fees depending on your portfolio. We do not receive commissions or kickbacks from fund providers, and we will always disclose all potential costs before you invest.
Can I get a one-time financial plan without ongoing management?
Yes. We offer one-time financial planning engagements starting at $3,000. These include comprehensive assessments of your finances, recommendations, and a roadmap to help you move forward independently.

Yes. As a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), we are legally and ethically required to act in your best interest. Your success is our sole priority — we do not receive commissions or third-party incentives.
What is your onboarding process like?
Our onboarding begins with a discovery consultation, followed by a tailored proposal. Once engaged, we gather relevant documents, set financial goals, and begin building your custom wealth strategy. Onboarding typically takes 2–3 weeks.
Can I leave or switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. Our agreements are non-binding and can be canceled at any time with written notice. We believe you should stay with us because of value, not obligation.
Do I need to be located in Florida to work with you?
