Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field — preferred but not required.
- 2+ years supporting senior finance or executive teams (or comparable experience).
- Strong Excel and cloud-collaboration skills.
- Excellent verbal & written communication and high standards for confidentiality.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly reports, reconciliations, and executive summaries.
- Coordinate virtual meetings, manage calendars, and prepare agendas.
- Maintain confidential records and assist with audit documentation.
- Draft clear communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support ad-hoc financial research and project work requested by leadership.
